Universal Terms of Service for Recording and Content Submission

This Terms of Service ("ToS") agreement governs your submission of content and participation in any recorded communications facilitated by ringozannrings.com By submitting a request or participating in a recorded call, you agree to the following terms:

Section 1: General Agreement

• You acknowledge that conversations may be recorded for entertainment, publication, and distribution.
• By submitting a request, you certify that you have obtained any necessary consent from the recipient or understand that consent will be requested during the call.
• You grant ringozannrings.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the recording in any media format.
• You waive any claims to compensation or royalties.
• You release ringozannrings.com from any liability for emotional distress, reputational harm, or other consequences resulting from the recording or its distribution.

Section 2: One-Party Consent

• You acknowledge that some states require only one-party consent for recording conversations.
• You agree that if you or ringozannrings.com are located in a one-party consent state, the recording will be lawful with the consent of ringozannrings.com
• You take full responsibility for providing accurate information about the recipient's location.

Section 3: Two-Party Consent

• You acknowledge that other states require two-party consent for recording conversations.
• You confirm that you have obtained the recipient's consent or understand that ringozannrings.com will inform the recipient that the call is being recorded, and the recipient will have the opportunity to consent.
• If the recipient refuses consent, the call may be terminated, and no recording will be used.

Section 4: Revocation of Consent

• You may request the removal of your recorded content by contacting us at [email protected] Requests will be considered at our discretion.

Section 5: Governing Law

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the state where the recording took place.

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Universal Terms of Service, including both the one-party and two-party consent sections.
